2.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect.
• Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
• Expired Product: In the rare event that you receive an expired product.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used personal care products (skincare, hair care, etc.)
• Consumed or opened food supplements and medicines
• Products with tampered seals or packaging

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved: Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
• Rejected: If the product does not meet return criteria (e.g., used or damaged by customer), we will return it to you at your expense.

3.2 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact us immediately at contact@sohamayurveda.shop with your order details.

• Before Shipping: Full refund will be initiated.
• After Shipping: If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or initiate a return as per our Returns Policy.
