All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the specific circumstances and terms of the service agreement.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 Eligible for Refund
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed services within the specified timeframe due to our fault
- Material Breach: If we materially breach the service agreement and fail to remedy the breach within 30 days of written notice
- Quality Issues: If delivered work does not meet agreed specifications and cannot be remedied through revisions
- Technical Failure: If our technical systems fail and prevent service delivery despite our best efforts
- Force Majeure: If circumstances beyond our control prevent service delivery and no alternative solution is feasible
3.2 Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind or business requirements after work has commenced
- Client's failure to provide required information or cooperation
- Client's violation of service agreement terms
- Work completed according to specifications but not meeting client's unstated expectations
- Third-party service failures beyond our control
- Client's decision to discontinue services for reasons unrelated to our performance
4. Refund Timeframes
4.1 Request Submission
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@sohamayurveda.shop within:
- Service Non-Delivery: 30 days from the agreed delivery date
- Quality Issues: 15 days from delivery of the final work product
- Material Breach: 60 days from the date of the breach
- Other Circumstances: 30 days from the occurrence of the issue
4.2 Processing Time
Once a refund request is received:
- Initial Response: Within 5 business days
- Investigation Period: 10-15 business days for complex cases
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days after approval
- Total Timeline: 20-30 business days maximum
5. Refund Calculation
5.1 Full Refund
Full refunds (100% of amount paid) are provided when:
- No work has been commenced on the project
- Service delivery is completely impossible due to our fault
- Material breach occurs before any significant work is completed
5.2 Partial Refund
Partial refunds are calculated based on:
- Work completed vs. work remaining
- Value delivered vs. total project value
- Time invested and resources utilized
- Any third-party costs already incurred
Formula: Refund Amount = Total Payment - (Work Completed Value + Administrative Costs + Third-party Expenses)
5.3 No Refund
No refund is provided when work has been completed according to specifications, regardless of client satisfaction with the final result.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Client-Initiated Cancellation
Clients may cancel services with the following terms:
- Before Work Commences: Full refund minus administrative costs (5% of total project value)
- During Development (0-25% complete): 75% refund minus administrative costs
- During Development (26-50% complete): 50% refund minus administrative costs
- During Development (51-75% complete): 25% refund minus administrative costs
- After 75% completion: No refund, but client receives all completed work
6.2 Company-Initiated Cancellation
We may cancel services in the following circumstances:
- Client's non-payment or payment default
- Client's violation of service agreement terms
- Client's engagement in illegal or unethical activities
- Technical impossibility due to client's requirements
In such cases, refunds are calculated according to the partial refund formula above.
7. Refund Process
7.1 Step 1: Request Submission

- Project reference number or service agreement details
- Reason for refund request
- Supporting documentation or evidence
- Preferred refund method
- Bank account details (for bank transfer refunds)

- Determine refund eligibility and amount
